🔄 Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons related to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect selection. Each television is made to order and built with industrial-grade materials that undergo strict quality control before shipping.

However, returns will be accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this occurs:

To qualify for a return:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• You must provide photos or video proof showing the damage or issue.

• Send an email to info@unbreakabletvmanufacturer.com with your order number, description of the problem, and media attachments.

Once reviewed, we will arrange for free return shipping or direct replacement at no cost to you.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

• If your order is canceled within 48 hours of purchase .

• If we are unable to deliver the product to your country or region due to shipping restrictions.

• If the item is damaged or lost during shipping and cannot be replaced due to stock issues.

Refund Process:

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Orders canceled after 48 of placement.

• Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery.

• Damage caused by misuse, water exposure (unless model is waterproof), or unauthorized tampering.

• Claims without supporting images or videos.
